Even when you receive Holy Communion, you are receiving the Blessed Trinity because We are One and We are inseparable. It is hard to understand the Blessed Trinity of Three Persons in one God because this is a mystery of faith. Believe in Me and follow My Commandments that I gave to Moses.”
