I write to you based on a request by an investor and his need for investment/funding in your country. My name is Michael Brampton, a financial consultant with a reputable financial services firm in London, England. My company most times represents the interests of very wealthy investors. Due to the sensitivity of the positions they hold in their various countries and the unstable investment environment of their various countries, they evacuate majority of their funds into more stable economies and developed nations where they can get good yield for their money. One of my clients who I had personally worked with a few years ago with a proposal, recently approached me. He requests that any individual that can be trusted who will be willing to receive money on his behalf abroad, and put into very profitable investment for a period not exceeding 6 years for a start. My client is offering this money under the following terms and condition:
1. 5% commission of the total amount evacuated and invested will be paid to me and the foreign partner. The fund in question is $90 Million US Dollars.
2. The funds will be used by the foreign partner for six years as a loan without any interest. You are not to pay any interest on the money given to you but will give as a return in investment to my client 50% of all profits after tax that accrues from the use of the funds.
